Overview:

Power conversion efficiency is specified as the ratio of the output power to the input power, in a certain percentage. It is usually specified under a very specific set of conditions including nominal line voltage and maximum, or near-maximum, load current.

Procedure:

Set and record the exact values of the input/line voltage Vin and the output/load current Iout as desired. You can calculate efficiency using any desired I*V product as the following:

E = (Vout*Iout)/(Vin*Iin) * 100%

You can vary the values of Iin and Iout and then calculate the efficiency for several currents.
